Two years after opening, Rodney Newsom was onboarded to the management team to handle the increasing installation requests. Again, the company building doubled in size as the inventory required to keep up with demand grew.

In 2014, Jon Clinton retired after many years of dedicated service. Andy Clinton joined a partnership with Rodney Newsom. Since then, the Jon-Wayne Company team has continued its founding values of quality customer service, quality products, and quality installations—now in our 43rd year serving Mount Vernon and the surrounding Northeast Texas communities.

Today, Jon-Wayne Company remains exactly what it was in 1983: a single-location, independently owned HVAC contractor based in Mount Vernon, Texas.
